Faces of FindCare4Kids: Gracie — Social Media Coordinator

Behind every post, graphic, and video on the FindCare4Kids feed is Gracie — the person making sure the content that reaches families actually feels worth stopping for.

As our social media coordinator, Gracie spends her days building content calendars, designing graphics, and editing videos. It is the kind of work that lives in the details — the right image, the right caption, the right moment to post — and she brings a real creative eye to all of it.

When we asked Gracie what she wants families to know about the people behind FindCare4Kids, her answer was simple: "The people on this team care about your experience."

That care shows up in how she thinks about the families on the other side of the screen. She describes the problem FindCare4Kids is trying to solve in a way that gets right to it: "Life is overwhelming sometimes and the last thing you want to do is go around asking people for a kid's therapist recommendation or searching Reddit for people who take your insurance in your area. FindCare4Kids is trying to lighten that mental load."

She also has a message for any family who has ever felt stuck with a provider that was not the right fit: "There are a million different people and practices, each with their own unique approach. You don't have to stay with a provider you don't love."

Outside of FindCare4Kids, Gracie competes in ballroom and country style dance and actively participates in local theater productions. She has done background work for TV and film when time allows. She describes herself as an old soul — someone who loves blues music and golden age Hollywood musicals.
