FindCare4Kids LLC Refund & Cancellation Policy

FindCare4Kids offers the following subscription types:

• Monthly Subscription
• Annual Subscription

Subscription prices will be displayed at checkout or communicated prior to activation.

All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.

2.1 Cancellation Effective at End of Paid Term

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Monthly subscriptions continue until the end of the paid month.
• Annual subscriptions continue until the end of the paid year.

2.2 No Mid-Cycle Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as provided under Section 5 (Refund Exceptions).

2.3 How to Cancel

Providers may cancel by notifying us at:

Cancellations are timestamped when the request is received.

If Provider believes they were billed in error, they have a 24-hour grace period from the time of the charge to notify us.

If the charge is found to be accidental or the result of a system error, it may qualify for refund under Section 5.

Grace period does not apply to:

• Normal renewals
• Forgetting to cancel
• Change of mind

If a Provider's payment method fails:

Day 1-3

We will attempt to process payment up to 3 consecutive days.

After 3 failed attempts

The listing will be removed from public view.

To reactivate, Provider must:

• Update payment method
• Pay the full subscription amount due

FindCare4Kids is not responsible for lost visibility due to non-payment.

Refunds are granted only in the following situations:

5.1 Duplicate Charges

If Provider is charged twice for the same billing period.

5.2 Fraudulent Charges

If a charge was made without Provider's authorization and verified as fraudulent.

5.3 System Billing Error

If FindCare4Kids' system incorrectly processes a charge due to a technical or processing malfunction.

5.4 Incorrect Listing Due to FindCare4Kids Error

If the Provider's listing is displayed incorrectly due solely to a FindCare4Kids internal error and the issue significantly impacts the Provider's presence.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Provider inactivity
• Lack of leads or inquiries
• Change of business decision
• Failure to update profile
• Provider error or incorrect submissions
• Loss of license or regulatory action
• Removal for violating policies

6.1 Free Listings Do Not Automatically Convert to Paid

Any promotional or complimentary listing will not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

6.2 New Agreement Required

If Provider elects to continue after a free listing ends, Provider must:

• Enter a separate paid subscription agreement
• Add a valid payment method
• Explicitly confirm enrollment

6.3 Free Listings May Be Revoked

FindCare4Kids may revoke or modify free listings at any time.

FindCare4Kids does not guarantee:

• Any number of views
• Any number of inquiries
• Client conversions
• Search ranking or placement
• Practice growth or business outcomes

Refunds will not be issued for lack of performance or results.

FindCare4Kids may suspend or remove a Provider immediately for:

• Policy violations
• Misleading or unsafe practices
• Loss of license
• Fraud or misconduct
• Failure to provide required documentation
• Violating content standards
• Non-payment

No refund will be issued for terminations unrelated to Section 5 exceptions.
